I am hoping to get some opinions on what a realistic price would be for my 69 Firebird. Unfortunately I have too many projects and need to sell this one. It has new quarters and been epoxy sealed and primered last fall. The body is straight. Inside is complete and in good shape with green interior. It has 400 from a 75 firebird and th350 transmission. The engine was rebuild by previous owner and has few miles on it. I am not sure of what cam is in the engine, but something other than stock. It runs well with the 650 dual feed Holly. It originally had a 350 engine. It isn't perfect, but would be a good driver and I have all the parts to finish. I live in CT.
I recently saw a finished & primer body just like yours go for $15K here in CA with a rebuilt 455 engine and all brand new suspension. Did not have a complete interior tho.
Hopefully, that helps you ballpark it.

A few years ago, that would be a $7k to $8k project car. These days I see cars like this on Facebook listed for $25k. I think people are dreaming, but to each his own. From your description and one picture, I'd throw out a value in the $10k range.

Thank you. I was thinking I would be happy with 8-9k. I may just take a week off work this spring and finish it. Really on the fence. I am sure I could get a few more thousand painted nicely. I appreciate the input.
