Hi, I am new to this website. I used to own a 1967 Firebird. I am looking at buying a 1967 326 convertible. Original paint (faded) , minimal body work and some rust, the engine is not original (not sure what engine), car is running and drivable, good interior. It has been stored in a garage (not heated) and driven occasionally for the past 45 years. I do not want to spend the money to do a full restoration. I would appreciate any input on an approximate value of this vehicle. What other information would anyone need to get a general idea of what this car might be worth? Thank you!
Photos? Could be lots of hidden rust. Look on inside of doors, check rear frame rails, floor pans etc. Nice if you could get it on a lift to see all of underside. I live in Salem Wi. I just bought a 67 vert a while back. Jeff
Thanks for the input. I am going to check out the car in a few days. It's hard to find information on the value since most of the cars I see online are restored or partially restored. It has a 1971 350 engine. If the rust is minimal what price range should I expect to pay?
It really depends on condition. I paid around 8 but got alot of new parts and alot of double used parts. Car didn’t run but it didn’t take much to get it running. Needs paint, new interior and top. Jeff
