I have no idea about "Centric" but I used a kit from these guys years ago https://secure.amesperf.com/qilan/Search_Web?order_number_e=NTI0MTU4NA%3D%3D%0D%0A&method_1=&method_2=Y&on=Y&search_method=2&cat_rowid=2 and no you never use grease inside of the brake Hydraulic system or you will contaminate and ruin all of your hydraulic parts. Instead of me going step by step through the proper steps I suggest you just look up how to rebuild a caliper because even though the hard parts are slightly different the procedure itself is exactly the same. Also a bit of advice, after your done depending on your budget this fall after cruising season is over the best thing you can do is send them both off to one of the rebuilders who install the stainless sleeves in the bores. Good luck.
Link did not work for some reason, second attempt https://secure.amesperf.com/qilan/Search_Web?order_number_e=NTI0MTU4NA%3D%3D%0D%0A&method_1=&method_2=Y&on=Y&search_method=2&cat_rowid=
Yup you found it. Also just a suggestion but as a former working auto tech. I highly suggest changing/flushing out the complete hydraulic system about every 7 years or so. Dot 3 and 4 fluid is hygroscopic and sponges moisture from the air contaminating and internally rusting the system over time. This is actually manufacturer recommended maintenance that most people are unaware of but can save you on money and down time.
I have never used that kit, only the ones from Ames with good results. I don't know what to tell you they could be the same I just don't know, I also only rebuilt stock bore calipers not sleeved. The service manual calls for special tools but like so many others they say you need I never needed them. Is the very edge of the sleeve real sharp? if so you can chamfer down slightly if that was the cause. I don't know if you have a service manual but here's one courtesy of Harold B. https://www.firebird400ho.com/mdocuments-library/ scroll down to section 05D disc brakes and in the index you will find caliper rebuilding. also Here is the parts book for a piece by piece description.http://www.teufert.net/partbook/67-76/45-i.pdf Good luck.
