It was announced yesterday by his brother that member Dave's Langley 68 droptop has passed away. I have enjoyed reading his posts through the years and he will be missed. Here are his comments for the newer members. https://firstgenfirebird.org/forums/ubbthreads.php/ubb/userposts/id/3412/view/posts/page/1.html

Wow. Sad to say, Dave and I shared the EXACT same day of birth. And coincidentally both of our wives had the same first name.
Both of our '68 drop tops had the same color scheme. We traded parts that we found locally to help each other out with shipping across the Border too.
Amazing all of the similarities.
I was kind of wondering what had happened to him as I had not seen him on this forum for a few years.
RIP my friend!

I used to be indecisive. Now I'm not sure.

Wow.. just floored and saddened with this news.

Dave and I shared a lot of conversations here.

Condolences to his family.

Great loss for this FGF community and others, he contributed a lot and will be missed.

Wow! Just reading this news today ( I don't get around here as much as I used to). That just sucks. Dave was a nice guy. I remember maybe 15-20 years ago I was in Vancouver and Dave came down and picked me up in his bird and we went out to lunch. So sorry to hear of his passing. Definately a loss to our Pontiac community.
