I have power ‘69 front discs in my ‘68 vert( I dunno…they were there when I bought it, I just added power) In the past few years, I have replaced all components, except for the hard lines. Most recently(1 year ago) I replaced the master cylinder and booster…because I literally ran out of brakes! Enough BS…I don’t feel I’m getting enough braking. I can’t lock up the wheels.
The hard lines at the master cylinder were challenging to refit, and some might be pinched to less than 100%. Might this be the issue?
Also, I only get 11” of vacuum with my cam.
Thoughts?

ussally it is from not bleeding enough, air in line or rubber lines old, make sure caliper is not binding moving freely

With only 11” of vacuum your booster isn’t doing much for you. A vacuum can may help but in my experience that only gives you more volume of 11” vacuum. I ended up adding an electric vacuum pump to get the vacuum higher.
Thanks, Dennis

Yep. I didn’t bleed the master cylinder sufficiently.
I did a more thorough bleeding and the brakes are high and tight!
