I want to start by saying that my overall experience in buying & selling parts here on the FGF site has been nothing but positive with everyone. Prices for parts from many of you have been nothing but fair to outstanding. I think as a whole, we are here to support the hobby in a positive way. And for that, I thank you all for all the help in sourcing parts for my 1968 Firebird 400 HO.

However, there is one person who posts here on a regular basis to sell parts, offers no real input, he just posts to sell his parts. I think you all know who this seller is. It is mostly EBay listings for parts. To say that he gouging people on his prices is being kind. For instance, he has a set of RA II heads listed, 15K?!?! It's laughable, his prices. to me, he is what is wrong with the hobby. IMHO, they are worth about 2K, tops. For one thing, the number of RA II cars is very limited, and unless you have a RA II car in need of parts, they are just parts to me. I look at his listings just to get a laugh! If you deal with this guy, I hope he comes down to Earth with his prices. I missed out on getting a set of those heads for $1500 a few years back, just to give a little perspective...anyways, rant over! Thanks again to all of you!!
