Hey, has anybody on this forum converted their manual 69 Firebird to a power top? It appears to be pretty expensive and I’m not sure how labor-intensive it is but I wanted to know if it is worth the trouble or not, and the expense FaceTime other people who have tried it?

I remember seeing some discussion. Maybe do a search. I like my manual top. Much simpler and maintenance free. I replaced the motor, cylinders, and hoses on my GTO and it was a lot of money, like $500 or so. Then you will need different frame parts.
