To see what they are going for these days, I type 7028264 (the Rochester for '68 400 and 400HO) into EBay. I get a tidal wave of very similar responses.
They run from the mid to high $200s. Some call them reman or rblt some say new. Some claim the same date code, some don't. Some make them appear to be 7028264 some call them "replaces". Many show a quantity discount. They appear to all ship from a town in Kentucky but have different sellers. I have not read them all but they all look like they are made in China.
a quadrajet is a quadrajet. You can stamp any numbers you want into them they are all the same carburetor, there's no difference internally. But anything from ching chong charlie is garbage
