I have a 1968 Firebird 400 Convertible I'm putting up for sale. It's an original California car (purchased in Culver City, CA), I am the 3rd owner, and I've owned the car since 2003. The original owner had the car until 1997, 2nd owner from 1997 to 2003, then I purchased in 2003. The car was restored right before my purchase in 2003 to original condition and has less than 2,000 miles since the restoration. It has been garage kept since in my possession and it is still in beautiful condition (even better than when I purchased).
The car has many rare options and I will try to list everything below:

Numbers matching car - Original 400 engine, heads, and everything else except for the carb which is from a 4 speed '68. Engine was professionally rebuilt at restoration. Description from when I purchased it: Lower end has steel crank forged rods and stock .020 over pistons. #16 heads with hardened valve seats, swirl polished stainless steel valves and cleaned up machined ports. New motor mounts, new oil pan, new tranny pan with drain chrome, Headman three tube headers. Original chrome air cleaner lid and chrome valve covers. MSD coil, MSD distributor cap but other than those two items, all original. Has been rebuilt to Ram Air III specs.
Originally came with 3.08 Rear End, but I installed a 3.55 during my possession. Interior is near perfect and exterior paint is in excellent shape and has been ceramic coated. All interior switches/knobs, and all exterior emblems have been replaced during my ownership. Console and gauges are in excellent shape.
Air Conditioning worked great but needs a new fitting that was split. Just haven't fixed that as I typically do not use the air while top down driving!
Have many original parts with the car, including Convertible Top Boot. Also have all the original DMV registration tags from the original owner, the original owner's manual, and the original body broadcast sheets.
