Tilt or not? They are different. Unfortunately, all the 67-68 columns are different from the 1969-up columns. The bearings are VERY hard to find, bordering on impossible. The '69-up are very easy to find. A company was making a replacement for the '67-68 lower, using the '69 bearing, but even that is very hard to find. If you have the cages, and just need the balls, you can re-build the bearing with common size balls. My 1967 tilt needed a lower. I had a 1968 non-tilt lower bearing missing some balls. I found that the lower bearing used a 3/16" ball. I had a bunch of bicycle wheel bearing balls that size and I just added them to the cage until it was good. Do not add too many or they will bind up. I managed to get the '68 bearing to work with the '67 column. Firebird Central had the bearings, but they have dried up. Links: Adapter lower bearingUpper bearing
