I have a question about the light moslty. First what bulb and socket do I need? is there part numbers? Second and this is mostly what im interested in WHAT EXATLY HOLDS THE SHIFTER INDICATOR AND LIGHT ASSEMBLY UP in the console. Im assuming the last guy couldnt figure it out either because it was taped into the console lol. I found this part number and wonder if this is somehow it the piece i need..... Bracket 9793255.
Any insight would be appreciated as I cant quite get the a handle on this. There is clips on the bottom of the shift plate Im assuming something fits into these clips and keeps everything in place.

Section 10 of the parts book has a good diagram showing the console parts. That may help. http://www.teufert.net/partbook/index.htm
