I bought this hei distributor used don't know the brand. Is this the correct distributor for 68 firebird 350? The green wire doesn't seem correct.

The red cap and wires look like what older MSD distributors used. The red cover on the spade connector is typical too. That green wire could be something MSD used for an option. The ignition module inside should have the MSD logo or a part number for identification purposes.

No, if you are asking if it's the correct distributor for a 68, 68 had points distributor.
You can make it work though.
