Work continues of the 69’. What a journey, had to pull and rebuild motor a 2nd time after only 3 hours of run time-grenaded 3 cylinders.
Past that now and finishing cluster. Had a question about the turn signal/flashers. There is no rear harness or any actual turn signals installed in the front at this time, just the front harness. Both turn signals light up but do not blink. When I engage the emergency flashers nothing at all. After troubleshooting including swapping both flasher units, got the same results. The E-flasher switch when engaged will not allow either Left or Right to even light up, telling me that the E-switch is interrupting (which is should) the turn signal circuits
Should I just replace both flashers or is this normal with no bulbs anywhere in the system?
There is 12v present at the E-flasher and continuity is present from the E-flasher to the base of the column.
