Hi everyone,
New here, and in the process of acquiring my first 67 Firebird with an original 326, that I will be rebuilding...
As part of the rebuild, I'm wanting to upgrade the Cam to a mild Comp 260H w 212/212 duration, just enough to avoid having to upgrade the converter (the car already runs a fresh TH350 upgrade), and I'm also wanting to do a 4Bbl upgrade.
So, I was thinking to use an Edelbrock 2156 NON-EGR Dual Plane, and a Carter AFB 600CFM Carb
However, what I need to know, is what is the best way of consequently dealing with the PCV situation, if doing this upgrade?
I'm thinking one way would be to install a PCV Valve into a Valve Cover, and route it to the Manifold Vac outlet in the Carb? However, this would mean either modifying the factory valve cover to install a pcv, or installing aftermarket valve covers?
Any feedback / advice would be most welcome!
