Hi Geoff awsome site lots of knowledge if u ask the right questions lol my ohc sprint carb has no numbers on body and tag is missing or never there. im having carb issues and tried to rebuild it but no luck.cant find the right carb kit any suggestions on wt to do. i dont really wana ship it anywhere .I have been told its a prototype and something there were trying out thats y no numbers lol. Thats y im messaging you pm me plz thnx. only been on site for a week its pretty good site my fav thnx outta here

Not likely a prototype. Early Quadrajets used a small round tag that popped into a circle on the body, and if it was rebuilt or swapped that tag could have easily gone away.

He has a nice book that details how to rebuild and tune Quadrajets. he has a 9-12 month backup on rebuilding them but many swear by his work. I have joined his forum, asked some question and got quick and excellent answers.
