Does anyone know roughly how many 1967 Firebird Sprints were produced with the California emissions set up?

If you have a PHS packet for your car, that information, or perhaps total '67 Tempest/LeMans/Firebird CA Sprint engine production, can be found within the documentation. Just look for your engine code. I only have '66 and '69 packets.
