Hey folks,

I still need some help. I'm looking for some photos or diagrams of the original spark plug routing, wire managers, coil mounting location, etc. My car is a 69 FB 4bbl, manual trans. with a/c. I have the brackets, coil and throttle bracket and can arrange them how I think they go but I'm sure there are some experts here. The diagrams in the 69 Service Manual don't show them.

I will take my camera to the garage and send you some shots.
I´m not 100% sure mine is done completely right though, but it sure looks like it.

As far as I know, my setup should be close to the stock appearance (as someone pointed out though, it's a bit different on a/c cars). However the coil is mounted in the proper position, it's bolted to the accelerator cable bracket. Some pics:

Here are some shots I have on file of my ’68:

The coil mount and one of the plug wire clips on my ’68. I have AC so the right bank is too hidden to get good pictures.

Ahh, that good. I have the same clips. That helps a lot. Jim, on the second photo above, is that located on the pass. side behind the carb? I don't recognize the black bracket there. I also don't recognize the 4th photo. Is that holding 3 wire?

Here’s another set of those many of those clips from different angles and further back:

This is the two at the right (passenger side) rear and top of the engine (air cleaner removed) . Both have four slots in the holders.

The left front (two slot) clip: (Note that I don’t have a picture of the right front clip because of all the AC stuff blocking the view.)

I owe you one Jim. I got it now. Looks like I'm missing on 4-wire RH clip (down low). For the others, I cleaned, drilled to handle 8mm wires and applied new plastic dip. The wires are Morroso Blue Max spiral core with the lettering removed to keep a stock appearance. Thanks for helping me!
