i ordered a horn contact kit from ames and i cant figure out how it goes in theres a spring a pin and a plastic bushing every way ive tried it dont seem right. i have the wood wheel.all the pics ive seen aren't clear enough to me to tell how they go togather. can anyone help. thanks tony

i order the same kit, in my case the pin didn't fit in the cam so i had to customize it the plastic bushing sould go in the plastic cam to lock the pin and spring assembly. you might have to cut the pin lenght

You only need the plastic bushing if the hole in the cancelling cam is too big for the spring. If your spring and contact fit good in the hole in the cancelling cam without tipping and binding you can leave out the bushing.
