I had the lower 2-groove pully off of my 326. It consists of the pully, a weight that fits inside the pully, and what looks like a large washer.I can't remember if the washer installs between the pully and the balancer, or between the weight and the pully.
I cannot say about the weight because I don't have a clue. (The weight could be a spacer and the washer is a thrust washer.) Star washers notwithstanding washers alway, always go just under the bolt, on top of everything else.
Balancer, then pulley, then "large washer" (I don' t know what it' s called either),then lock washers and bolts. Don' t know about the weight you mentioned. Mine doesn' t have it.
So does the spacer/washer/ or what ever it is called go between the pully and the motor, or between the pully and the balancer/weight (the removable thing)
It goes: 1: balancer 2: pulley 3: spacer (with four holes) 4: four bolts 5: washer 6: single bolt torque @ 160 ft/lbs Now if i recall correctly, you can assemble the balancer, pulley, spacer and bolts as one, then slip it on and then slip the washer and bolt in and bolt it down.

My photo above is off a 67 400 so it should be the same as your 326. I just took it apart and there's a washer-like piece with 6 holes that goes between the pulley and the balancer/weight thing.
So it goes hub, pulley, 6 hole washer thing, weight, 6 bolts to hub.
