I just want to confirm that the cylinder heads on my 67 326 2 bbl. engine are D-port. I'm looking to upgrade from the basic "log type" exh.manifolds to Ram Air/H.O. manifolds.Does anybody know if I would have to use 67-69 Ram Air "long branch" style manifolds, or could I use the newer(70-81)D-port RA/HO manifolds? If I can use the newer style,will there be any clearance problems in engine bay w/steering shaft or oil filter mounting? Considering the engine runs the stock 2bbl cylinder heads, am I wasting my time/money if I upgrade the manifolds? Car already has 2.25" dual exhaust w/crossover pipe on it, and I'm in the process of installing factory 4bbl. carb&intake. Thanks!

Yes, they're D port. The repro 69 RA long branch will fit fine. You may have problems with the later manifolds. Maybe somebody here knows for sure?

'70-81 manifolds will not work.
