I used the body tag anylizer on this site.

1969 Pontiac Firebird Sport Coupe
The paint was Windward Blue with Windward Blue upper body color.
The trim color and material were Black Vinyl.
This car was number 513,898 built in the 5th week of October at the Lordstown, Ohio plant

You can also tell it was a V-8 car from the 1 after the U in the vin

You can't get anything else from the tag on a 69.

Built Lordstown, Ohio 5th week of October 1968 for the 1969 model year.

Interior was standard, black buckets; exterior was Windward Blue with same color painted roof.

Thank you, I was trying to figure out of it was a V8 car and couldn't figure out that part of it.

I was also told that it was originally a 400 car. Is getting the PHS docs the only way to know that?
