i took out a 350 motor in the process of restoring my bird and someone told me i have a 69 intake that i do not want to get rid of. i cannot contact this person again and am planning to put in a 400,where can i find the code and any reason why i want to keep this intake???

Is it a 4bbl or 2bbl intake? If it's a 4, keep it. If it's an original 4 and your car is an orig. 350 HO you should leave it as that, they are pretty quick and quite under appreciated. If it's a 4, use it on any motor you want though, if it's a two, who cares.
