another one was appropriate , so here it comes! thx Geoff!
And for whomever just started reading this thread....its about helping this FGF site by giving a donation to Geoff for his website... if you want to here is the spot: Help Support our Web Site and Services by giving a donation here: web page
Will be sending over a donation shortly. I too have only been on this site for a month or so, but the info gained has been enourmous. Thanks to everyone for the help.

Thanks for all your hard work Geoff! I wanted to write you into my will, but my wife got this crazy look in her eye and said "It's mine, all mine!" So, I had to settle on making a smaller contribution.
Thank you for all the support. I am always amazed by the support for the "little" coding I do and server maintenance.
Just ran some statistics on this site: over 9300 individual files on the website. This does not include all the data stored in the numerous databases. Crazy how my obsession for information evolved into this.
Thank you and hope everyone has a great 2005 - Geoff
Thank You Geoff for all your hard work! also for providing the Red Cross site here , I was looking for it this morning to make a contribtution....now done thanks to you!
Geoff, I just wanted to thank you, and everyone for keeping this great site going. I made my contribution, which I sent to Vikki. Once again thanks for all the valuable information you guys share with all here. Great group!

I'll donate again this year, but what I really want is for Geoff to re-start making those FGF shirts from a few years back. Any chance of that happening Geoff? Would love to cruise on weekends wearing that nice golfers FGF shirt. My son wants one too.

I stopped for the time being as I could not ship on time with so much travel for work which made my last customer really angry with me.
My long distance travel should change as my support area changes which should enable me to be home at least a couple week days a month. I now have my first kid on the way (July 14th due date) which is going to throw a twist into it. I am playing it safe with my time plus need to find embroiderer open on Saturday.
Watch the online show as I am going to have another contest for a shirt.

Those FGF shirts did look awfully nice; I didn't get around to ordering one before the store closed... With your first child on the way, spare time is going to become a rare commodity for you Geoff. I've got two now (aged 1 and 3) and needless to say, priorities get shifted.
... I wonder if someone else in our FGF community would have the necessary contacts (and time) to oversee their production, while still having it function as a source of funding for the website...
Hey Geoff: the PayPal link works great. You should see something from "djb1@shaw.ca" shortly.
Thanks for all your efforts on this site, and a big thanks to all of the regular contributors who have helped me out so much over the last 8 or 9 months.
I can't imagine where I'd be without this site; the wealth of knowledge is just tremendous. Wait - I _DO_ know where I'd be! I'd be in my garage still trying to figure out why my HEI distributor won't fit and why it's jammed against the firewall!
Geoff, I have used this forum for answers and ideas for the last three years, I really do appreciate all the hard work. Without this web site, I'd still be collecting the wrong parts to make a "hot rod" for my wife. I did originally join up under a different member name but forgot my password, then when we had computer problems and had to start a new one. Probably my most favorite part of this site is the tech forum. I've been reading it for so long it seems like some of the regulars are almost people that I know in a strange sort of way. I don't have alot of cash that is not already accounted for' but I would like to help. I will send in a donation when I can but I do have a set of 670 heads that i will not be using on my wifes car and will have a friend of mine magnaflux and check them out. If they are good, you are welcome to them. I don't know what they are worth as I got them in a package deal with ALOT of other parts I like to call crap, but my brother in law(a GTO Nut) offered several times to take them off my hands so I do believe they have some value. I am sort of hand to mouth as far as money is lately but I really do want to contribute to this site. Let me know if this would be of any interest to you. Brent
Made a contribution and it didn't even hurt. This site is worth every penny. I'ts like having an endless support system/tech help line with unlimited resourses.
Thank you. Always amazes me what this has turned into since 1996 when I put pictures of my car up.
One day I have to look at the realty of what has to happen if something happens to me. I do not want it to stop if I am no longer around. I know my wife would not know the first thing to do or how much I pay to keep it up. Forgive my ramblings.
Sometimes it's a little overwhelming seeing how something we have made or built becomes bigger than we ever dreamed...the same happens with our children as they grow and move out of our control.
Geoff, I have an idea for an FGF product...I bet a few of us could collaborate on this item, I'd just like to get your approval of the use of your domain name for the purpose of promoting FGF.

Geoff, I just received some new Army Force Mod shirts I bulk ordered for our warfighters, and now have a good connection to a company that could bulk manufacter quality FGF golf-type shirts for us. I will gladly take this on if you will agree. I'll also front the initial costs.
Email me if you would like me to take this load off your back for a while, will be glad to. I assure you they are top quality shirts, as I'm pretty darn picky about that.

Hey to all, It felt good to hear the car run again. Taking alot of what I learned from you grrreat folks and putting it to good use. I sent a contribution to say thanks for putting something like this together. Thanks to you core group folks that KEEP it together. Greg
