He has got an IP telephone. This is telephone over the internet so to speak... Deals are a little different. U pay per month and call everywhere as much as u like, or something like that.....
BTW, anyone has Skype? Friends tell me this is the real deal in internet talking.
I have downloaded and installed, but not tested yet.
All you need is a mic and a speaker and you should be good to go.

Never got a reply. A week later I figured out why, I meant to type far not fat. By then she had blocked my email.
