67 Bird OHC-6 The Tranny will not come out of Low... Sounds like a Modulator to me... Any other thoughts would be appreciated..

So your saying it won't shift automatically try shifting manually,start out in low one and as your driving when you thing the engine should shift into second (you'll hear the engine winding out) shift into 2nd if it does then it's the modulator or a vacuum problem.If it still doesnt shift then you have internal trans problems.
