nope, not the "hemi", just the base SE model w/the 3.5L H.O. 250hp 6cyl. Picking up the car tonight. --it'll be parked outside, the bird still gets the garaged parking lol. I will admit, dodge has got it together w/ this car. Quite a nice ride for little $$ and pretty fun to drive.
My brother got one with the 3.5L as a company car about 2 months ago. He really likes it but he is not really happy with the performance.

See if they will upgrade you to the SRT-8 425hp version for a "nominal charge". Hey - think of it like the '69 Firebird... do you want the 6 cyl version, or the Trans Am?! Which is cooler now, and also in 35 years?
It's easy to look back and say "man, for only $x more, I could have had a real special version of the car!" - but when it comes time to buy a new car, sometimes that extra $x means a lot!

yeah, srt "only" costs another $16.5k -- I could almost have 2 charger SE's for the price of the SRT. Oh, and my 67 firebird is a sprint model. Guess I've got something for 6's huh? lol The Charger is a family car to replace my dakota quadcab 4x4. I wanted something w/good gas mileage for a change.
