wasnt gonna post but need an answer.
a friend has a turbo 350 that has been rebuilt and is in a 69 chevelle and is willing to give me a good deal on it.(i know i know), is it gonna be interchangeable into my firebird?will the bell housings match?
he is running a 396 and im putting a 400 pontiac in. was thinking GM to GM.thanks

No...Pontiac and Chevy have different bolt patterns. Won't work..a trans from an Olds or Buick will bolt up to a Pontiac.
