Hey I have another question. I installed the Intake Manifold and right between that and the Water Pump/Timming Cover there is a hole where the coolent comes into the manifold. I was wondering what type of gasket/grommet goes in between these from keeping it from leaking.
A new gasket set should have the rubber seal that goes between the intake and the timing cover. When installing an intake install the bolts to where the bolts are in but not tight. Then tighten the bolt that pulls the intake against the timing cover. This will seal the water passage between the manifold and the timing cover. That is the reason for the seal being there, otherwise it will leak profusely!
