restoring the dash(Black) on my 68. Is the color on the top metal portion on the dash suppose to match the the metal below the dash pad? Also, what paint do I use? High Gloss?

I think... the top of the dash is "0" % gloss and the lower dash below the pad is something like a 30% gloss? It should be in the archives and or FAQ's on Geoff's site here...

I know this has been gone over a few times.
