I am looking for copies of Firebird Body Broadcast sheets. If anyone can scan and email a complete 1969 Body Broadcast sheet (one early (before 12/68) and one late (mid 69)) I would appreciate it. Thanks in advance. yellowbird@thefirstgensite.com

Hi Vicki On the topic of options I have a question I think you can answer if you will. I can't tell from the option codes if my bird had the wheel well moldings or not. My fenders have holes drilled that I think must be for moldings but not sure if the fenders are originals or if moldings may have been added at some point and later removed. Can you or someone tell me which option code included the moldings? Thanks

I don't honestly remember and its locked up in a safe at my moms house right now. Can you tell me what else comes in that group? It will be awhile before I can get a look at the PHS again. I forgot it at her house so she put it in a "safe" place for me. Boy I sure love my mom, still looking after me.
Decor group included dual horns, deluxe wheel covers (unless Rally II, custom wheel covers, or wire wheel covers were ordered), deluxe steering wheel, roof drip moldings, and custom pedal trim plates.
My very original '69 convertible has all the items in the decor group except for wheel covers (Rally II) and roof drip moldings (convertible) but the billing history does not show the codes for the Decor Group or the wheel well moldings. Please do let me know when you next browse your documents, this is one of those gray areas in the documentation.

Thanks again Vikki, I will get back to you when I get back to pick up my PHS. As you can probably tell I'm very new to this stuff. Just got my car this spring, Im not a mechanic, a bodyman, or a magician but I have always loved the old birds and finally took the plunge after half a lifetime of wanting one. She's just an average driver but I would like to get it as close to original as I can.
You can read a few more tech items on my site, http://thefirstgensite.com. The Knowledgebase and the Library have quite a bit of info to keep you busy over the winter.

Wow, thats spooky, I was just at your site looking through what you have there, very nice. By the way did you or anyone ever have any luck reproducing the 69 front bumper arrow? I'm another person in need of one. Yes, winter, Im in Wisconsin. Thanks again.
I can repro them, but my original is a touch rough for a model. I will be playing with several projects this winter and that will be one of them. I can refine the mold after the initial cast.
The '68 style emblems can be modified by gouging out some material to fit the '69 bumper, but the stud spacing is different.

hi everyone, i'm new to this so this may not belong here but here goes. i recently bought a 69 with the original stacked gauges and am wondering how rare they are. any info would be apreciated. thanks
I know this is an old topic but I did finally retrieve my PHS and since you asked me to check what it said about Decor group I thought I would let you know. I do have decore group listed on billing sheet. I do have all the items listed in the group on my car except I have Rally II upgrade option #454 instead of the Dlx wheel covers.
I am curious about the pedal trim plates, any way to tell if they are original? part #'s on the back or something? I will take them off and look if there might be something to see.
Also curious that I have Radio-P/B (opt #382) and Power antenna (opt # 381). Wouldn't option #383 (AM and elec. antenna) do the same thing instead of splitting it up?
My master sheet has the exterior color, top color, interior color and model number highlighted in yellow. Nothing else marked on it that I can tell. Maybe I just don't know how to read/use it. Thanks again Vikki.
