If it's a complete working setup including all brackets (especially the hard to find accelerator bracket), wires, vacuum fittings and hoses, you would probably be able to get $400 or more. Saw one set off a 69 GTO for something like that on eBay last year.
The hardest to find part is the blinker switch arm. I have cruise on my black car. Still have to get it working. I'm missing the small carb bracket. I think $200 would be a good deal. $400 would be a lot.
