whats the correct radiator cap for a 69 bird? i found a rc27 ac is that the right one?

Mine is an RC15, so I checked my shop manual and it calls for the 15psi cap.

Jim I do know that the 67 cap is different, It has longer finger tabs. If they are looking for correct original.

The book I looked in didn't show any difference. Wouldn't be the first time it wasn't exactly correct. On small parts like these caps there could be many variations. I'm sure there were multiple vendors used. Also, there were revisions.

Pressure vented 14-17 PSI by AMA specs, '73 parts manual calls out RC15. I don't have data for the original part number for '67.
