Okay from the title you probably think its about a car but infact, its about a bag. This past saturday night, I had myself a pretty good time here at Indiana University. well anyways by the end of the night in my sleep, I vomited in my friends very expensive bag. $1,000. not on it but in it. it was surving as my trash bag. What the Hell do I do. If i buy her a new bag that a $1,000 dollars in needed parts. Im in trouble.
After sellin 'buicks in your friends $1000 bag, are you looking for a new friend as well
Depends what the bag is made of first of all. I'd probably do the initial clean and let a dry cleaner take it from there, if the material type AND drycleaner shop is willing
$1000 bag, if ya keep the gal ya better hope SHE's rich, or you won't be able to afford YOUR hobbies
I had this happen once on the way home from a football game. I took my helmet home for some pictures for the grandparents. As soon as I got in the warm car, after celibrating our win with a couple pints, I dozed and then vomited in the helmet. After an attempt at cleaning, the helmet was never the same. First chance I got I swapped it for another. I did see someone else using it, and then another someone, and then another..... Maybe you could pull off a purse swapping?????? LOL
You could buy her a new bag, clean the current bag, and sell it on ebay for 2/3rds value with added comments...bag has slight "seasoned" odor? The difference in price, is cost of "doing business or what ever else you were doing?
First make sure it wasn't a knock-off. If it was an authentic designer bag (Hermes, Prada, Dior, Gucci, Versace, etc...) you'll be able to find good deals on a replacement at bluefly.com (you may not find the exact bag but, perhaps you'll find something she'll like). *average discount is 20-50% off full retail*
If it was a Louis Vuitton, you may have to purchase it from an actual boutique. I'm not aware of any legitimate online stores that sell LV.
