I had to remove my dash bezel today to replace my headlight switch(which by the way repaired my goofy lighting problem) but after i took it apart i noticed the little plastic inserts that go into the bezel frame to hold the screws were all gone and somebody had used silicone to hold the screws in. any source or alternative fix besides silicone? Thanks

You should be able to find a suitable replacement at your local parts house without waiting for a week for the mail to bring it(plus shipping). Go look for a plastic insert that will fit the hole and spread on the backside when you put a screw in it.
