I have a 67 and I am getting no power to the top, in a wiring digram that I bought, it shows that there is a resister fuse, does anybody know where this is located?

Lance, it will be located on your firewall, towards the top, above the master cylinder, and is a small rectangle box with two posts and a wire conected to each post. This is for power tops and power windows (they use the same one, for one or both)

This is usually the problem, and easy to check with a meter, or even a test light. And easy to replace.
