Actually, they were not called RAI in 67. Just RA.

Someone in the research department looked up the "JK" listed in the specs, which references as Rally II...remember this was back in the primitive days of film!

Yes, research tools were a lot more primitive back then. But JK code are for '69 14x7, unless they used the code in some other fashion I'm unaware of.

I like some of those comments. "Service Accessability-POOR" I'm thinking; If you think that it's poor than wait until you see what is coming!
"Steering Effort-POOR" You can tell they were used to driving boats around. Must have gave them a manual box car to test.
