Ok, lets see who can come up with the best "rigged" way to patch the hole in my convertible top.
It doesn't appear to be dry rotted, it just had a limb fall through it several years ago.

Ideas?

For a temporary fix , I`d get a (black) plastic trash bag and duct tape it in...using black duct tape

If there isn't any fabric missing, I've seen them sewed together with a heavy upholstry thread. Sometimes sealed with silcone on top of the sewing.
