Alright, im just starting to figure out how stuff works on my engine. Since this is my first post here, i might as well say what i have to work with. a 1969 Firebird 400, P/B P/S A/C and a TH-400. there are vacuum lines that were cut and blocked off, and it seems that there are lines going nowhere as well, and i've yet to find another car that has teh set-up. Does anyone know where what should go, what it should look like, or where i can go to find out? Thanks all

69Firebird400, welcome to the group! I have posted some good on line sources for just this info in a post at the bottom of this first page (or depending on when you check this, the top of page 2) titled "1968 350 Engine"
There you'll find a couple links to Steve's web pages with the scematics from the manuals scanned in, and one other with info on the Thermal Vacuum Switch, and the hose routing etc... Go take a look, and save the links for refernce.
Thanks much! those pics really look like they will help, when i get home (in auto shop at the moment) i'll see how they match up. Also, i didnt see anything on the vacuum lines coming out of the firewall where teh wiring harness for the A/C comes out, do you know anything on that, or am i just missing it in those schematics?
