It's been sitting for about 15 years. A flat right front from time to time I'd pump up but it'd leak down again. So it sat cockeyed sometimes for weeks or months.
New tires, same size all around, but now it sits uneven, mostly visable in the rear. Leans to the right with to much tire clearence on the drivers side. Didn't sit that way when I parked it. Almost like the right side springs are shot. So I put jack stands under the front frame and two more on the rear frame at the rear spring perches to let the suspension hang free to see if maybe it was just the shocks binding. Well the left rear frame rail never touched the jack stand, about an inch off. It was sitting on three points. Nice to know the car is that stiff but... No damage I can find, body bushing seem fine, no structual rust. Only thing I see wrong is the X-brace is missing.
Any suggestions?

Air shocks in rear?
Probably just stiff after winter..take her for a ride.
Measure the distance from the top of the tire to the fenderlip. You will have to eyeball. What is the difference? Count leafs on springs as well..some are 4 some 5 and some have different rates. Springs should and need to be changed at same time. If I changed one broken 35 year old spring with a new one and installed it, what do you think would happen stance wise over time if I had a new and old spring on the rear?
Just a thought. Not a solid proposition, just trying to get some thoughts.

Mine sits about 1" low on the driver side. I have been COMPLETELY through the car and don't know why it sits like that. - New shocks, springs, subframe bushings, sheet metal has been R&R 'ed, core support, you name it.
I have grown to accept her as she is ... saggy on one side.
We sewed a crossed pattern through the tear, then used black duct tape. Didn't turn out half bad. A real shame to have that hole though, the top cleaned up nice.
As one guy said who came by and looked at it, you'll never see it with the top down anyway.

When a front coil spring goes bad it has the effect of the opposite rear corner lifting. My cammer sat with a lean until I changed the front coils. Nice job on the top repair!
When I bought my cammer it had not only the incorrect springs, it had one that was bad. The PO put those COIL SPRING ADJUSTERS on the bad spring. Man you never heard such a racket when going over speed bumps and driveway grade changes. That was the first thing I removed from the car. So it sat funny, at least it was quiet.
I finally replaced both front coils, and now it sits at the correct ride height in front. Next is replacing the incorrect rear leaf springs. With these incorrect leafs it sits way to high, and gives it that jacked up look we wanted in the ‘70’s. I have about 150 lb of sand in the trunk for ballast now.
It's just a quick fix. And if you don't put them on right they do rattle. You have to have all the double nuts tight and have them so that there is spring pressure at all times. Just like the screw in type, you get them tight and they do not budge.
I ordered a set so I can mess with my front end to see what height I like best and to correct my slight tilt. Thanks for the lead. Well see if they rattle.
I remember those things,, they will make for a stiff ride, and If you leave them in long enough you'll break you're springs,, believe me, it's cheap junk, use as only a very short TEMP. Fix...

Save your money to buy new springs. They do effect the ride besides making noise. And when I say noise, I mean the creeking and moaning of a binding spring.
