The Pontiac site here is awesome! Was wondering if there are any other sites like it for us multy brand owners, I happen to be into just a few. Have not yet to find a site as good as this one for my Mustang,Impala and Amx. Links?
$00 Drop Top, I agree... I too have many cars, and many breeds, 61 VW bug with a rag top sunroof, 66 Mustang I just got for the wife, 72 Camaro, 73 GMC truck etc... there is an Olds site that is pretty good, but not much in the way of Mustangs, Impala's or even AMX's...
Some other Pontiac sites that are ok... but nothing quite like this one, and the nature of the participants is like no other!
The people here are a rare breed in deed! Good folks!
Let us know if you do find anything worthy of taking a look.
I am a Mustang owner also. By far the best Mustang site is the one started by Bob Dooley a long time ago. The site has about 5500 members and is extremely active. The forums can be found from Bob's webpage at www.vintage-mustang.com
They are a great community over there and have great people.
I was elated when I found firstgenfirebird.com because I was used to such a good group of people over there.
Im thinking the only thing this site is lacking is a chatroom, now wouldnt it be cool to ask your question of the evening and get the answer right then and there, seems i work on my ride til 10ish or so and then ask all my knowledgable forums friends for the answers, luv to not wait til morning to find out.
Instead of a chat room theres` the L list , it comes two ways , a digest form ( all mails in a bunch once or twice a day) or continually in as they appear...I have the digest form... unfortunately it seems to temporarily have a problem , starting 2 days ago, but Geoff says he thinks is working , so we`ll see...I got my last on monday...Geoff has just moved , moved the computer, getting new house ,new job so...it may be hard for him to keep it updatred...but it will be back...but there`s your 'chat room' , if you want it...sign up for the non digest version , find it on this FGF site , under Firebird L ...and lots of of very good info from very knowledgable guys there...among others John Wallace of Wallace Racing...
