Actually he's offering it for sale for $6700, less than what he paid with shipping to his destination. He's done a little electrical work and has put it through its paces.
It's a good sound car, nice driver if you like 455s. Needs a carb or carb work, the Carter is balky.
I see it's now posted as sale pending.

Smooth operation when you can buy and sell but never touch or see the car in person. I'm wondering what kind of buyer will buy from someone that hasn't seen it. Did he buy it 'sight unseen' too? He's obviously got 'buyers remorse' now. Things aren't always what your imagination tells you they are.
I went for a ride... wasn't too bad... he later called back offering it to me for $4500... but I'm still a solid $10,000 from finishing the one I have so I declined...
Hearsay, Jim? I've been doing business with Next Generation for a long while. He has a lot of good used inventory, some great quality repros, and the only negative is that he's so busy that he's hard to get hold of, especially in the springtime. And even better, he's only 20 minutes from me.

I can go into specifics about misrepresentation of cars. Nothing first hand on my part. I've had the opportunity to talk with quite a few second gen collectors just recently. Good people with no reason to fabricate stories.
I do not have any personal experience with his restoration services. I purchase parts from him. No problems there. I've also had many opportunities to examine and purchase cars he has for sale; they have been as represented.
