Me too. Originally it was black. PO changed to white...I'm sure to keep it a little cooler inside. The top is from CI. Installer said it was a "mid-quality" product. Not the best but, certainly not the worst.

I removed the frame and sanded/re-painted/replaced the tack strips. Front bow had quite a bit of rust.

New weatherstrips, too. All the windows needed to be re-adjusted...these projects are never as simple as they first appear.

Black looks sharp with the bronze. But the top should never be up on a convertible anyhow, so what's it matter?

i agree 100% with mrs.vikki.the top should always remain down unless it is raining or snowing

LOL, no, I hadn't noticed the calendar on the wall. And wouldn't have, without the mention.

My 'vert's top is only up for winter storage, to keep it from wrinkling and shrinking. I guess that's why it's a 10 or 12 year old top and still looks good.

Exactly. If you can't stand the heat then....turn on the AC! It takes the edge off even with the top down. I've had my vert done for two summers now and I still haven't drove it with the top up. It is good to have a top so when you store it there's something to hold up the cover.

Repeating what others said ..."top should be down ,unless raining (or snowing)", but the black is better anyway .....white doesnt remain white...PO had done same to my car ,red with black interior and a white (at one time) ripped top.... I changed it to black....a "yellowish" white top is not that nice , esp. with streaks of darker areas....

Anyone notice the "cartoon" poster off my car on the wall? You can get almost whatever you want.Color, stripes,year, convert. or coupe...They are really neat.

I'm biased IMO, black. And like banshee points out, it better with the color int/ext you have. Yes top down, but up in rain, snow. Also top up on blazing hot sunny summer days, unless you like looking and feeling like a cooked lobster.

I like the White, the Black looks Sportier but the White looks Classier.
I'm in the same situation, my top is supposed to be white, can't decide, but I think I'm changing colors anyway to a dark blue with white top and white interior and ad the Sprint stripe, similar to this pic.
