I can't seem to reattach the door pull strap. It came off OK but the screws just won't hold it on. Anyone have this problem. (It's on a 69 with deluxe interior)

I had that problem , and sometimes it would stick ,but after awiule it would coime loose again....have you checked to see if you have the correct screws?
When I had that problem , I found mine were wrong after having attached them sveral times!
I had one correct & 3 wrong screws ( was only lucky to see it , thought maybe 3 were correct & one wrong , but when trying them one at a time I finally figured out which one would actually hold good), ordered a set of new 4 screws from Classic, and have not since had a problem....mine is 69 w deluxe door panels also...

Also the angle is crucial re-attaching them, you have to kinda feel around to find the correct place...LOL

Try just attaching one end first , loosely, about half tighten , then do the other end,then tighten both....if it then slips , you prob. have the wrong screws...
maybe worth while to invest in a set of 4 new..?
