Reverse lights come on with shifter in R and ignition "on". Both the wiper motor and blower motor works at either "on or "acc".
No power to purple starter wire with ignition to "start"
Its an aftermarked Flaming River column so there's no column shift collar.
I'm going to play with the shifter settings to see if i't a neutral safety switch out of postion (although the reverse lights work and I did adjust it per the Service Manual).
