I need help in verifying my engine. It was sold to me as a 400 and trusting the seller, I did not verify. I already have an idea what it is but need confirmation from the experts (you guys)on what the engine really is.

And it has the transfer lug near the distributor. It also has a 350 stamped onto the front driver's side of the block.

I cannot clearly see the date code near the distributor as it has been covered by gunk and paint.
