The cluster screws to the dash from the rear, but it'll come out with it. The wiring harness and the speedo cable are holding it in place. The headlight switch is holding the dash as well. That will have to come off. Also there's a stud in the right side of the dash near the glove box that has a nut behind the dash that will hold it in place. There's a lot holding it in. It's a PIA.
