Not a lot to offer inside, bad restroom, front reception area and office that's just an added wall and could come down. I'd pretty much gut it and make it to enjoy for a few years, maybe a themed garage inside. I'd also fence the rear area 8' and cover the concrete pad with a steel roof shed.
It'd be fun, I think , just can't decide to pull the trigger on it.
