The billing history is the document that you get from PHS, which they decode to tell you what options your car came with. It is a copy of the microfiche of your billing history.
I am starting this thread as a place for people to document codes that weren't decoded by the PHS service.
A document in the package from PHS warns not trying to decode all the options from the billing history as several codes were used to describe things such as "winter antifreeze" , and are not listed on the order form.
