I'm considering installing the following wheel vintique wheels:
93 SERIES BILLET PONTIAC RALLYE II
On my 67 400 Convertible. I have a few questions.
We have an owner in central Ohio that has the billet rally II's.

It will to some degree, but ride quality will lessen.

That I don't know since I'm happy with stock 14" Rally II's.

The factory backspace is 4.5" You won't want to stray to far from that. Unless you want to do body or axle mods.

This link is great to use to find what you care to compare.
5) In your opinions, do you think that the stock 14" wheels with 225/60 series tires would look better than the combination I mention above?
Your advice and opinions are appreciated.
Thanks.
IMO, Yes a 14x7 will accommodate a P 225/60. Will it rub on a '67-8? That would depend on a few factors, mainly ride height. I'm sure others will chime in on this matter.
I have factory 14x7's with P225/70's, and I'm very happy with the ride and handling from these tires. I wanted to go with a 60 series tire, but I think it would be overkill. And that's my story.
