I've yet to disassemble mine, but the plunger can't be moved w/ a plastic mallet or even a vice. I have to assume that if it's stuck that badly, it may beyond a simple rebuild by replacing seals & would probably need sleeved. What did you experience w/ the ones you rebuilt?
